TROUBLE CREATING AN ACCOUNT? In some instances we have found that customers attempting to create an account are getting the error of "this account already exists". If this message comes up and you have not registered before, the following information will help you. The username must be different in all cases. Ex., if someone has the name TURKEY as their username, TURKEY cannot be used again in any instance as a user name. You would have to use TURKEY1 or in some way make the username different.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD? If you cannot find or remember your password, click on the box that says send me a new password. The site will email you a temporary password. Click on another tab and go to your email to retrieve the temporary password and use it as a temporary password to log in. Click on “my account” and change your password to whatever you would like at the bottom of that page.
You will need to put it in both boxes and click SAVE when you are done.
