ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS:

PayPal - Choose PayPal and go directly to your PayPal account to complete the payment process. No added information is needed in the checkout area if you choose this option.

Credit Card - We accept Mastercard or Visa. Input your information in the secured area and your order will be processed shortly. All credit card information is called in (by phone). We do not save or transmit your credit card information electronically on the internet. If you are not comfortable leaving your information on the server, please call and I can take your order over the phone. 1-920-490-9313, M-F, 8am to 5pm.

Money Orders / Personal Checks - You may use the shopping cart online to figure up your total.   You can either copy and paste the order from the shopping cart or handwrite out your order with the shipping charge as your order form.  If you are ordering during a sale, please note that the order must be postmarked within 24 hours of the end of sale.  DO NOTsend cash.. and don't laugh.. I have received cash more than once!  Out of state checks may take up to 10 days to clear and may delay your shipment until clearing. Send the copy of your order with your check or money order to:

RETURN POLICY:

Our stamps and stencils are 100% guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Any stamp or stencil will need to be returned to us before the refund or new stamp is sent. We will be happy to replace or offer you a full refund (plus your return shipping cost) upon receipt of a defective stamp or stencil. Please send to Peachy Keen Stamps via first class mail with delivery confirmation. We have only had 3 defective stamps get by us in 4 years so please know that this is highly irregular and we’ve never had a defective stencil. Due to the nature of the products on this site, no other returns are accepted.

COMPANY POLICY:

We only wholesale to brick and mortar stores. We do not sell wholesale to internet groups or to internet stores. We do not allow resale of our stamps on eBay. Some customers may no longer purchase from us due to disregard of policies (although, not too many). We make every effort to bring you the best in quality and prices. In order for us to keep the prices down, we have made every effort to keep the “middlemen” out of the pricing process. We always appreciate our customers and have had great success with understanding customers that do respect our policy. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

SHIPPING TERMS:

• We use United States Post Office (USPS) as our sole shipping source.  If you need special arrangements with another carrier, please email me (link below the footer) or call me during regular business hours posted above. 
• We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of legal holidays when USPS is closed.  We try very hard to ship your package within 24 hours. There are times (especially during shipping sales) that this is not possible.  It may take up to 48 hours to ship if we experience excessive orders. We have recently experienced some down time with shipping due to weather.
• You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received by us.  When your order is shipped you will receive another email confirmation with your delivery confirmation number supplied by USPS. 
• Domestic orders may choose from either Priority Mail or First Class Mail from the dropdown menu upon checkout.
• International orders shipping to Canada or Mexico are shipped Global Priority for flat rate cost of $9.95.  This is as long as the items will fit in the flat rat envelope and all together the package weight cannot exceed 4 pounds. Please choose this option if you live in Canada or Mexico. If there are any exceptions we will notify you promptly by email.
• International orders shipping to the Other Countries on the list are also shipped Global Priority for flat rate cost of $11.95.  This is as long as the items will fit in the flat rat envelope and all together the package weight cannot exceed 4 pounds. Please choose this option if you live in any of the countries listed OTHER than Canada or Mexico. If there are any exceptions to the rule with your package, we will notify you promptly by email.
